Matthew Fan is feeling exhilarated these days. He has returned to Hampton Beach with his wife, Sophia, to take over Ocean Wok Chinese restaurant, which he has renamed Wok the Wok.

Matthew Fan is returning to take over Ocean Wok restaurant and is giving it a new name. “New name, new everything,” said Fan, 64. “Basically, it’s like an opening day.” Fan is renaming the restaurant Wok the Wok and plans to open it next month.
